Thomas Fundneider: Rethinking Innovation & Creating Radical Change

What holds us back from taking bold steps into the future

Many innovation strategies are based on well-known user needs or mainstream trends. But is that enough to drive real change? Too often, these approaches lead to more of the same—evolutionary rather than revolutionary, safe rather than spectacular.

They rely on the familiar and the past, merely projecting the present into the future. Yet true innovation means stepping out of our comfort zones and embracing the unknown.

In his keynote, innovation architect Thomas Fundneider, opens an external URL in a new window explains why we struggle to pursue truly radical innovations and shares life hacks to help us break through our comfort zones and turn groundbreaking ideas into reality.

Thomas Fundneider Thomas Fundneider is an innovation architect and the founder of theLivingCore. With his approach of "learning from the future," he develops innovative transformation strategies. His focus is on creating "living organizations" that foster creative work environments and future-oriented leadership to drive sustainable innovation.
