Four Young Researcher's Awards went to the OIC in 2024! Award winners (from left to right): Bianca Wiesmayr, Kevin Feichtinger, Lisa Sonnleithner (all Cyber-Physical Systems Lab), Sandra Maria Siedl (Robopsychology Lab) Supervisors: Alois Zoitl, Rick Rabiser (Cyber-Physical Systems Lab), Martina Mara (Robopsychology Lab)

Dr Sandra Maria Siedl has been working on exoskeletons as a doctoral student at the LIT Robopsychology Lab since 2020. As "wearable robots", exoskeletons are increasingly being used to ensure that employees remain fit for work in industrial environments. In empirical field and laboratory studies, Dr Sandra Maria Siedl investigated how exoskeletons affect the self-concept of their users, and under what conditions workers are willing to use exoskeletons on a permanent basis. After successfully defending her dissertation at the beginning of this year, she stays in the team of the Robopsychology Lab as a post-doc. We congratulate Sandra on this well-deserved honour!
