Capacity in the program is limited and the admissions procedure to be accepted to the joint Master's Degree Program in Global Business studies is selective and competitive. Prospective applicants are asked to complete a three-step application procedure.
Providing you meet all of the requirements below and would like to apply for the program, please contact us during the application period by sending an e-mail to: mgb@jku.at. Shortly after receiving your e-mail of intent, we will send you a link to finalize your application. Upload the documents listed below to the platform. Please note that documents attached to the email of intent will not be considered as part of your official application!
The procedure gives us an opportunity to become better acquainted with all of the applicants. In order to enroll in this academic degree program, you must meet all of the following requirements.
As part of the first step, please make sure the following documents are on-hand and available:
Submit your application by sending an e-mail to: mgb(at)jku.at. You will receive a link to upload your documents on to our online platform.
We will then review your submitted application to ensure you meet the formal admission requirements and hold the required personal qualifications to enroll in the Global Business Program.
We receive a large volume of applications and in this regard, we ask for your patience as we review your application and the corresponding documents.
If you meet all of the formal requirements and you have been selected to enroll in the Global Business Program, we will be happy to invite you to a personal interview.

The interviews will take place at the Institute of Innovation Management. If you are located outside of Austria and cannot attend the interview in person, the interview will be conducted online.
The interview will be held in English and you will be asked about your intent to take part in the program as well as your personal and professional aspirations. In addition, we will create a personal "roadmap" to assist in completing the Master's degree program.
Personal interviews are normally held during December and January.
After the interview, we will let you know if you have been nominated for the program. If you accept the nomination, we will be happy to welcome you to the Global Business Master's degree program.
Once you have successfully completed the application process, you can officially enroll at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
The further steps of the admission process will be sent to you via email upon you have confirmed your own nomination.
