To kick off the conference summer, Almina Bešić presented two research studies at the EURAM conference from 16-18 June. A first study focusing on the impact of Covid-19 on refugee women and their access to the labour markets with Petra Aigner (Department of Sociology, JKU) and a second study looking at the role of HRM in times of crisis, with a specific focus on companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a working paper with Christian Hirt (University of Graz) and Zijada Rahimić (University of Sarajevo).
