The team from the Institute of Retailing, Sales and Marketing (IHaM) would like to invite you to the second practice talk of the winter semester 2020/2021.
The Practice Talk is a bridge between theory and practice and is aimed at both students and practitioners. Our speakers provide insights into practice and offer the opportunity for critical discussion.
"The online revolution in retail - the digital kick in the ass for our society"
Retail is changing like never before. After the first revolution (discount concepts) and the second revolution (verticalization of retail), we now have the third revolution in retail with digitalization. What does this mean for the future of retail? How will the trade look in 10 years? How is our society changing as a result of digitization? What have we learned from Covid-19 and how will we work in the future (New Work)?
