It is with great pleasure that we welcome our new team member!

Alice Neusiedler, opens an external URL in a new window joined ISM as a University Assistant.

In their research Alice is interested in participation as an organizing principle, ethical and aesthetic dimensions of organizing and alternative organizations.

Before joining ISM, Alice was a PhD Fellow at Copenhagen Business School researching participatory organizing in socially engaged art, and worked as a research associate at the University of Luxembourg, evaluating the implications of a social welfare reform.

Alice is intrigued by interpretative research methods (in particular visual methods), feminist and intersectional approaches to research, and practice theory. They are also passionate about cake, dancing and birds.

We wish Alice all the best for the start and much success in her research and teaching activities!
