VeRoLog Webinar Series

The EURO Working Group on Vehicle Routing and Logistics Optimization (VeRoLog) is excited to launch a series of webinars. From April on, on the last Thursday of each month, from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (CET), one or two speakers from academia and/or industry will present the most exciting developments in their research domains.

The initiative aims at fueling networking and discussions on the most important challenges and developments in vehicle routing, logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. The target audience is senior and junior academics as well as practitioners from business companies.

The organizing committee is made up of Sophie N. Parragh (Johannes Kepler University Linz), Roberto Roberti (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), and Marlin Ulmer (Technische Universität Braunschweig). The program of the webinar series and all related information is available on the website of the group (http://www.verolog.eu). To receive all the information on the initiative, you can subscribe to the VeRoLog newsletter, check the VeRoLog website, or follow us on Twitter (@ewgverolog).

The webinar will be kicked off on April 29, 4 pm (CET) with a plenary talk by VeRoLog coordinator Daniele Vigo on “Integrating Machine Learning into state-of-the-art Vehicle Routing Heuristics”.
