The symposium was a highlight, featuring presentations about digital leadership (LIMAK; Gerhard Leitner and Julia Stöger), Thalia’s digital transformation (Thalia; Thomas Zehetner), and managing digital transformation (JKU; Wolfgang Güttel). There were also workshops about Capability Development (JKU; Stefan Konlechner), Leadership (JKU; Barbara Müller) and Change (JKU; Arne Keller) with the institute’s business partners also in the spotlight. Before the symposium, the institute celebrated with a gala dinner at the voestalpine Stahlwelt for the network partners, former employees, and the team.

The institute team has much to celebrate and added: "With over 50 publications, 150 conference presentations, raising € 500,000 in external funding, around 2,000 students at the JKU, an additional 1,000 participants in the Executive Education program, and over 20 conferences and symposia as well as 6 institute babies, we can look back at the past decade with an enormous amount of pride."
