As part of the intensive course “Business Planning” (Institute for Entrepreneurship and Organizational Development, course instructor Mag. Alexander Stockinger), JKU students Hava Aslan, Christoph Hofer, Walter Greiner and Zdenka Simova created an impressive business plan.

The business plan for "Fantasia Nexus" outlines the details to create a bookstore for fantasy literature. The students believe there is a strong demand for advice and communication in order to survive online competition. A jury of experts agreed and presented the team’s business plan with an award in recognition of their sound business planning.

The award was presented at a small ceremony by representatives from Upper Austrian entrepreneurial institutions. Representatives from i2b, the Sparkasse bank and the Upper Austrian Economic Chamber were also in attendance. Department head Univ. Prof. Norbert Kailer remarked, "We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our students. We are extremely proud at the way they have applied the material they learned in class."
