Dr. Hueber, a graduate teaching assistant at the Department of General Civil Law Dogmatics at the Institute for Civil Law (JKU) was presented with the award in recognition of his outstanding dissertation titled “Nachträgliche Genehmigung vollmachtslos geschlossener Geschäfte”. Eligible applicants for the award must be under age 40, be actively involved in academia as part of a degree program, and be pursuing a post-doc or research activity at a university in Austria.
