Bank Association Presents Award to Erich Hueber

Dr. Erich Hueber, university assistant at the JKU, was presented with an award by the Bank Association.

Dr. Hueber, a graduate teaching assistant at the Department of General Civil Law Dogmatics at the Institute for Civil Law (JKU) was presented with the award in recognition of his outstanding dissertation titled “Nachträgliche Genehmigung vollmachtslos geschlossener Geschäfte”. The award was accompanied with €20,000 in prize money..

Eligible applicants for the award must be under age 40, be actively involved in academia as part of a degree program, and be pursuing a post-doc or research activity at a university in Austria.
