Explorative, prospective and innovative research projects in various areas such as clinical research, base-knowledge research and translational research are in demand. In order to take the special needs of everyday clinical practices into account, the Advanced Clinician Scientist Program has been expanded to include two new options. The two-stage interview process will review the submissions and researchers will have to show that starting October 2021, they can conduct and implement their project in addition to managing their clinical responsibilities.

The call ends January 10, 2021, and the program begins on October 1, 2021.
