While the Covid-19 pandemic makes people think of medicine, business, and the economy, many do not realize that these areas are inseparably connected to the law. Important contributions have now been published in a special complilation focusing on JBL, ranging from company law (the basis in the event a business no longer exists), civil law and official liability for errors to combat the pandemic, to insolvency law. The publication includes JKU legal expertise as four of the six articles were written by JKU faculty members, including three professors at the Institute of Civil Law (Univ. Prof. Dr. Johannes W. Flume, Univ. Prof. Dr. Andreas Geroldinger and Univ. Prof. Dr. Simon Laimer).
