Done! Ten New Graduates of the MBA Program “Management for Women”

More women in management! The JKU‘s post-graduate MBA program "Management and Leadership for Women" provides management and leadership training specifically for women.

Ten graduates have now received their diplomas.  The next program will begin on November 8. Career advancement for women is controversial topic in public discourse. Men not only outweigh the number of women in management positions, but companies that have women in management benefit greatly from female expertise and support. The JKU program addresses this leadership gap. Offered jointly by the Office for Women’s Affairs (city of Linz) and the JKU Linz, this is the only academic degree program of its kind in Austria offering leadership training exclusively for women.

The four-semester program gives students ample time to enhance their management skills, strengthen leadership abilities, and exchange professional experiences. The hands-on program is tailored to women in management and also includes stimulating and inspiring discussions with women in the field.
