The Johann Radon Institute (RICAM) Celebrates 20 Years & Prof. Heinz W. Engl's 70th Birthday

Anniversary Celebration at the Mathematical Institute RICAM

The Johann Radon Institute (RICAM) at the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) conducts state-of-the-art research in the field of computational and applied mathematics. Today, RICAM has two resounding reasons to celebrate: The institute turns 20 and RICAM's founder, Prof. Heinz W. Engl, is celebrating his 70th birthday. Speeches by invited guests and keynote speakers will provide insight into RICAM's history and Prof. Engl's work. During the following two days and as part of a workshop, RICAM will present research highlights.

In this regard, RICAM would like to extend an invitation to all those interested in science to take part in the anniversary celebrations on Monday and, if interested, in the following workshop. For organizational reasons, we kindly ask that you sign up in advance to attend.
