Online student presentations instead of in-person due to measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus were nonetheless very impressive.
The students’ final presentations took place under the supervision of the Institute for Retailing, Sales and Marketing together with the Institute for Strategic Management and the Institute for International Management, and in cooperation with voestalpine Steel Division and Fronius International.
Both the students and the experience companies mutually benefitted from the course and the students’ work. Wolfgang Mitterdorfer, member of the voestalpine Steel Division management board, thanked the six project groups: "It was a very valuable day for me; the outstanding presentations resulted in constructive findings for voestalpine."
The topics ranged from Corporate Entrepreneurship and Global Business & New Challenges to Corporate Social Responsibility, Artificial Intelligence – Preparing the Future of Business and Developing a Communication Concept based on the New Strategic Positioning of voestalpine Steel Division as well as Using LinkedIn for the HR and Sales Department Taking voestalpine Steel Divisions’ Internal Frameworks into Account.
