Young and Clever: Young Scientists "Studied" at the JKU

Why is the sky blue? How does streaming work? Young researchers at the JKU explored these questions and more.

60 school students spent time on campus conducting research together with JKU faculty members in the fields of engineering, computer sciences, and natural sciences. The JKU offered a total of 30 workshops for students at AHS or BHS schools (10th class onward). The Young Scientists Program is Upper Austria’s largest program for gifted students, also providing opportunities to complete a summer internship at the Johannes Kepler University or at a renowned company in Upper Austria.
