The JKU MED Campus offers a variety of services ranging from ATMs to academic advising services. A branch of the RLB bank is also located at the MED Campus.
We recently spoke with bank branch manager Gerald Kobluk about why the Raiffeisenlandesbank has set up shop at the MED Campus.
Why did the RLB decide to open a branch at the new JKU Med Campus?
Gerald Kobluk: We feel it is very important to make our services available to customers at the Kepler University Hospital. Our Med Campus location not only caters to physicians, students, educators, and administrative employees at the Faculty of Medicine, but also local residents.
What can customers expect at the Med Campus?
Gerald Kobluk: As digitization increases, we aim to strengthen the way we want to use digital media. Customers can, for example, make appointments via a tablet located at the Med Campus bank branch. This branch is serviced by the Südbahnhof customer center which is not only close by, but also has a large pool of customer service employees. In this regard, appointments can be made at short notice and can take place either directly at the Med Campus or at the Südbahnhof customer center.
What do you hope the future holds for the RLB OÖ branch at the Med Campus?
Gerald Kobluk: We want our new branch to provide outstanding customer service in the hospital area and serve as their contact in regard to any and all financial issues.
