The new podcast series “Paradox” focuses on recent developments - and the sometimes puzzling fundamentals of quantum physics. Based on topics within the Research Excellence Cluster “QuantA” (Austrian Science Fund), JKU physicist Moritz Brehm (Institute of Semiconductor and Solid State Physics) talks with quantum scientists about both fundamental and technical aspects related to quantum physics and how they impact society today and in the future.

The first episode features Research Director of the Austrian Science Fund Cluster of Excellence QuantA and professor at the University of Innsbruck, Gregor Weihs, discussing the research landscape and key topics in quantum physics in Austria.
