Prof. Olaverri-Monreal to Attend the World's Largest Robotics Conference

Prof. Cristina Olaverri-Monreal will give a keynote speech at this year's IROS.

This year’s International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems will take place in Macau at the beginning of November. The IEEE/RSJ is the world’s largest robotics conference and over 3,000 people from around the world are expected to attend. The honor comes as no surprise: Prof. Olaverri-Monreal is actively involved in the IEEE and is listed by the Robohub portal as one of the "30 Most Important Women in Robotics".

The JKU expert conducts research on intelligent transport systems (ITS), automated driving, driver assistance systems, human factors in the automotive sector, human-machine interaction, sustainability in transport, and simulation tools.
