Meals included cheese spaetzle and roast beef with onions. The Rector was also on hand to serve food.

In addition to a new interior design, there are also new additions on the culinary side, including a JKU initiative to use locally-sourced, organic meat, vegetables, and other ingredients. This means that we are not only talking about sustainability, we are serving it as well.
