Young entrepreneurs aiming to start a company can face many challenges, including product development, the market launch, investment, and much more. What could help? The perfect working environment. This is where the city of Linz’ funding program comes in. The program has been designed to help support start-up companies by providing funding for up to three workspaces at the state-of-the-art LIT Open Innovation Center located at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

There will be total of 12 new workspaces at the Open Space in the LIT OIC and the city of Linz will cover part of the monthly usage fee for up to three workspaces for those approved for funding. Start-up companies not only benefit financially, the unique open work space at the JKU brings the expertise of both academia and business under one roof, creating an ecosystem for innovation in one space along with opportunities to network closely with other innovative companies and JKU researchers.
