The Vis Moot competition gives students an opportunity to develop two written briefs on international procedural arbitration issues and contract court. This year, the JKU team went to London and Cambridge to practice with participants there. The project was initiated by Univ. Prof. Andreas Geroldinger (Institute for Civil Law) and RA Hendrik Puschmann (partner at Farrer CO London). The students were able to train their negotiation skills in English in front of an arbitration court. The team trained intensively in advance and presented themselves well at the finals in Vienna.

Sign up by the end of May 2018 if you are interested in taking part in next year’s competition.
