These tasks are executed by the departments of Human Resource Management and Personnel Development as well as by the Office of Human Resources Law, the Department of Gender and Diversity together with Information Management with the departments of User Systems, User Services, Network and Telephony, Server Operations, Web and Media and Scientific Computing.
The goal is to best support the university's core areas in research and teaching and steer the university, its academic and general personnel, and IT infrastructure towards achieving strategic goals and priorities. These are to be pushed forward by means of a modern, participative university management system and as an expert organization that demonstrates a clear commitment to gender and diversity management.
