High Frequency (Measurement) Technique.

Research on and about design, experimental design and metrological characterization of systems as well as discrete and integrated circuits in the field of modern high-frequency / ultra-high frequency / microwave and communication technology (from DC up to several hundred GHz).


The feasible measurements cover, for example, power measurements, spectral / signal and network analysis and broadband measurements in the time domain on linear and non-linear or frequency-converting components such as building components. A reflection-free measuring environment (absorber measuring cell) and assembly technology is also available for this purpose.
