Nanoanalytics and Surface Analytics
Materials research and material development with a focus on surface sciences and nanoanalytics. The listed equipment is used to measure chemical (i.e. composition and charging), electrochemical, topological (i.e. surface steps, roughness), electricity (i.e. conductivity), optical (i.e. dielectric functions), luminescence centers) and mechanical properties for different classes of materials ranging from metals to semiconductors, polymers and ceramics.
