Disenrolling from studies means you are no longer enrolled in any classes and are officially withdrawn from the university.
How Do I Disenroll from Studies?
If you have a past due balance and have not paid the required fees by the end of the respective grace period (April 30 or November 30) you will be automatically disenrolled on either April 30 or November 30. You will receive a studies information sheet and a certificate of departure by e-mail as confirmation.
Changes for Summer Semester 2020
In lieu of the extended grace period for Summer Semester 2020 to June 30, 2020, if any fees have not been paid, automatic disenrollment will take place on June 30.
What Do I Have to Consider When Disenrolling?
If you are pursuing a degree under the academic requirements of an older curriculum, you will be subject to the new academic curriculum if you re-enroll. Do not disenroll until all of your grades have been saved in the system as you cannot enter them retroactively.
If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office.
How Do I Re-Enroll?
You can re-enroll by either coming to the Admissions Office in person or by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com. If you enroll by sending an e-mail, please include your student ID number attach a scan of an official photo ID.
