Q & A about Zoom

How can I attend the presentation?

Click on the Zoom link to access the presentation.

Do I need any special technical equipment in order to take part?

No, you just need a laptop, computer or a cell phone that can connect to the internet. If using smartphone, we recommend downloading the Zoom app at the App Store.

How can I ask questions during the presentation?

You can ask questions during the presentation in the "Chat" area located at the bottom of the window. Questions will be answered after the presentations.

Can the speaker see or hear me?

No, the speaker is not able to see or hear you as the camera and the sound will be disabled for participants. Only your name is visible and you can choose your user name freely.

Do I have to join the presentation on time or
can I join in later and/or leave earlier?

Naturally we hope you can join the presentation right from the start so that you do not miss any important information. You can, however, also join in after the presentation begins and/or leave earlier, if you have to.
