CAREER_MENTORING III.

The universities in Krems, Linz, and Salzburg will once again kick off their successful career development program for female scholars, based on the Mentoring III and karriere_links programs in May of 2024.

Participating mentees attend mentoring sessions and individual coaching sessions as well as seminars created for doctoral and post-doctoral candidates, thereby supporting efforts to strengthen their academic career development plans. The joint program gives participants space to exchange ideas on various subject areas, career stages, and strengthens inter-university networks.

The program aims increase the proportion of women in leading academic/scientific positions. The career development program has been designed to offer participating women scientists and academics opportunities to help advance their academic careers.
