Hamid Eghbal-zadeh, a Postdoctoral researcher in Machine Learning at the LIT AI Lab, and the Institute of Computational Perception, at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, has been selected to join the inaugural cohort of Google Cloud Research Innovators, öffnet eine externe URL in einem neuen Fenster.

Hamid's research has been focused on Trustworthy Machine Learning, and understanding and analysing Deep Neural Networks, and he has been working towards building safe and socially beneficial AI systems.
Another aspect that Hamid's research has been focused on, is building agents that can reason about their surrounding world, and make decisions that are aligned with the context of the environment, making their decisions better explainable,
and enabling them to better deal with new situations.
