Touchpoints of the student journey @ JKU

 

This semester students of the module "Relationship Marketing" evaluated the "customer" journey of MSc students at the JKU. The results shows crucial touchpoints of that journey and identify major strengths of JKU but also suggest areas of improvements. The final presentation was attended by key staff of the rectorate, the admission office and the programme management. Thanks to all for their hard work and the exciting discussions this semester.
