Johanna Grünauer is a PhD candidate and Research & Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Human Resource and Change Management at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria.
She graduated in 2015 and received her diploma degree (Mag.) in Psychology from the University of Vienna. In her studies she focused on work and organizational psychology as well as on statistics and research methodology.
For one and a half years she worked as a scientific research assistant at the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava, receiving a scholarship for excellent Austrian-Slovak cooperation.
The field of organizational change with a special interest in leadership in extreme contexts and crises represents her main focus of research at the JKU Linz.
