General Information

About the Course

This course is aimed at Bachelor and Master students who are interested in the economic analysis of personnel issues. Topics, such as recruitment (signaling, screening), investment in human capital, turnover, job design, payment schemes or career-based incentives will be discussed using basic economic models. Exercises will help to illustrate basic principles.

Your attendance will not be documented but highly appreciated. Grading is based on the exam.
