Objectives
Improvement of written competence paying particular attention to criteria such as sentence formation, vocabulary and grammatical accuracy

Teaching Contents

• Production of texts as well as specific exercises in the production of different text types: greetings card, emails, forum and blog entries, letters of complaint, letters of motivation, summaries of texts
• Analysis of errors; typical phrases for specific text types
• Understanding and recounting the important points from a text in own words

Grading Criteria
Regular attendance, active participation in class, written homework, intermediate tests and final exam
