The first workshop will address various forms of everyday racism which often occur without being noticed. We will provide an overview of common situations and organizational structures that often involve racism on a daily basis.

3.00 PM - 4.30 PM:
Interactive break:
Independent-study cards/puzzles, a digital knowledge quiz, and a brief Q&A session.

4.30 PM - 5.00 PM:

The second workshop concentrates on hands-on activities and strategies to help identify and combat everyday forms of racism and unconscious bias. We will also introduce available resources and support services.

The workshops are open to JKU students, faculty members, and employees, as well as others who are interested. The workshops have been designed for those who have some background and understanding of racism as well as those who are less familiar with the topic.
