Elicitation of Individual and Organizational Views on Work and their Representation in Organizational Memory Systems

Individual and organizational views on work are elicited in this work based on subject-oriented business process modeling methodology. The resulting models as well as their coherences and contradictions (Regarding t he different indvidual views on the same work process) have to be represented in an organzational memory system. This system will be conceptually evaluated in a use case for knowledge transfer in knowledge-intense work environements.
