Ida Kelarova ranks among the most important singers in Roma culture. You can experience her artistry at the Circus of Knowledge in the production of "Zehn Zeugen sajnen mir gewesn".

As part of a workshop series titled "Singing Campus", the Circus of Knowledge and the Works Councils for General and Academic Employees would like to invite JKU employees to take part in two introductory workshops featuring Ida Kelarova.

Ida Kelarova would like to encourage participants to harness the power of their voices as a way of accessing emotions. There are some who come to the workshops feeling anxious about singing because they were always told they can't sing. Singing together can keep us healthier and more balanced, thereby positively impacting our mental health. Singing is relaxing, strengthens the immune system, releases endorphins, and enhances a sense of community.

The workshops are open to everyone, particularly those who think they can't sing. The workshops are free of charge and may be attended during normal work hours.

We would like to thank the Rectorate for their kind consideration and support.

See you at the workshop!
