Johannes Brandstetter

Curriculum Vitae

Johannes Brandstetter is a research assistant at the Institute of International Management at the JKU, where he has been working since August 2023. He completed his undergraduate studies in "Business & Management" at the MCI (Management Center Innsbruck), Austria, and spent a semester abroad at STUST (Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology) in Tainan, Taiwan.
Subsequently, Johannes enrolled in the Master's programme "Management" at the JKU, focusing on "Digital Transformation: Leadership, Human Resource Management and Change". His master thesis was on the role of line managers in promoting diversity and inclusion in organisations, where he conducted a systematic literature review.
Currently, Johannes is dedicated to researching the labour market integration of refugees/displaced persons and continues to explore the importance of diversity and inclusion in organisations.
