[industrial R&D] Intelligent Resource Planning
 

In cooperation with Metasonic the Tyrolean health care provider TILAK implements a value network-based planning process for various health care units. It is characterized by patient- and staff orientation while optimizing resource management. The knowledge gained in organizational development will be integrated into quality assurance.
