Organizational Memories - Concepts and Realizations (State of the Art and Role of OL in OM Approaches)

An organization should be able to store and manage existing knowledge and make it accessible to all employees for use. This should be realized through the use of technical tools. In the diploma thesis, the state of the art of technical aids is to be presented in the form of concepts and implementations (OM approaches) and analyzed on the basis of defined characteristics.
