Accompanying the new design, the diploma thesis is intended to run through a conceptual portal development cycle based on the new development of the homepages "Postgraduate Studies in Applied Knowledge Management" (AWM) and "Center for Knowledge Management" (ZWM). Both role-oriented approaches and supporting processes are to be taken into account. Both internal and external roles are to be considered. After the conceptual design, the practical realization will take place in the form of implementation. In addition, a comparison is to be made between the practical implementation and the conceptual design in order to determine the extent to which the conceptual design has been incorporated into the practical implementation.
