Clemens Raab received a grant by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) for a new research project that he will carry out at the Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics (RICAM). This project will deal with various kinds of linear functional equations, such as differential equations or Mahler equations. The aim is to advance the development of computer algebra algorithms for solving equations and for creative telescoping.
