Increasing Learning Efficiency and Learning Effectiveness through Human Factors

Traditional content preparation methods take little account of differential differences that exist between subsequent users of the teaching/learning systems. However, empirical studies have shown that, depending on individual learning styles, efficiency and effectiveness are also influenced by the appropriate design of the content. For this reason, these findings should be made applicable in the form of rules for content preparation and presentation in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfaction.
