Model Editor based on Dynamic Metamodels to support Participatory Model Capture and Reflection

A data logic based on semantic networks is necessary in order to expand the possibilities of Scholion for content integration and to simplify expandability with heterogeneous systems in terms of content and technology. Topic maps in accordance with the ISO standard ISO/IEC 13250 are used for this purpose, whereby three areas were initially identified that are to be modeled separately and then merged. These areas are "Content" (conventional learning area of Scholion), Communication (communication options in Scholion, currently Infoboard and forums) and "Process" as a new area that should allow the representation of procedural processes in Scholion

The focus of this diploma thesis is on the last component, i.e. the modeling of procedural processes. For this purpose, a tool is created that enables the creation and editing of process models of a given notation. Topic maps are used for data representation to enable the integration of content in Scholion.
