Mag. Simone Seyringer, MAS

About the person

Simone Seyringer conducts research on the topics of neuro-enhancement, self-control and social norms & the self-control ethos. She is currently working on the project "Self-Control in Everyday Life: Strategies & Enhancement", which is financed by the Jubilee Fund of the Austrian National Bank and supported by the LIT - Linz Institute of Technology.
Simone Seyringer studied in Salzburg and Linz until 2004. After graduating, she worked as a project manager, first for the advertising agency Köppel in Linz, then for the agency 3007 in Vienna. Before joining the department as a project assistant in 2013 to write her dissertation, she worked for the PEN Club Austria in the areas of publishing and PR.
