The module "Strategic/operational controlling" consisted of the following subareas:

Introduction to Controlling (Karin Niederwimmer)
Operational Controlling (Christine Mitter)
Operational controlling in corporate practice, experience as a female manager (Karin Niederwimmer)
Strategic Controlling (Tanja Wolf)

The module was a great and exciting time for all participants, especially the commitment of the participants was a great motivation for us speakers!
