Corporate protection and the digital working world of tomorrow

Guest lecture by Ass.-Prof. Dr. Silvia Traunwieser on May 8th as part of the lecture series of the course "Ethics - Effects of Entrepreneurial Action"

[Translate to Englisch:] Gastvortrag Prof. Traunwieser 8.5.

The guest lecture by Ass.-Prof. Dr. Silvia Traunwieser (Faculty of Law at the University of Salzburg) offered the students interesting insights into the broad topic of "corporate ethics and the digital world of work" on Monday, May 8th. The aim of the lecture was to sensitize the students to critically deal with the question of what effects the implementation of digital innovations can have on the world of work. The speaker illustrated this with the example of the use of headsets in everyday work, which measure the brain waves of the employees and evaluate them according to concentration and stress level. The level matrix of management and corporate ethics developed by Prof. Traunwieser serves as the theoretical basis for her considerations.
