A JKU in-house program for parents-to-be and employees who have babies and toddlers.

Balancing work with home and family life and finding more time to address everyday challenges when both parents work! Bernadette Spiesberger shares valuable insight and personal experiences to help change your perspective and adopt a more positive attitude.

In cooperation with the presenter, you will discover how you can disengage from stressful situations and find more serenity and inner peace. By re-focusing your mindset, you will be able to be more conscious of your day and have more time for the things that really matter to you. The presentation provides organizational tips and rebellious food for thought, motivation, and practical approaches to lead a fulfilling life as a working parent! During the following brunch, you will have an opportunity to discuss the topic in more detail with other (expectant) parents.
