The Institute of Organization Science is looking for a university assistant (must hold a Doctorate/PhD degree)) for a full-time, four-year position. Job duties include publishing research results in leading international journals, developing and teaching of university courses in the field of Organisation and Innovation in an extent of 4-6 hours per week per semester (also in English) and supervising and assisting students and doctoral students at the Institute. Qualifications include a proven track record of publications in leading international academic journals in the areas of organization and innovation studies, comprehensive experience in conducting empirical social research and thematic links to the research activity of the Institute of Organization Science, particularly regarding the fields of sustainability, innovation management, creativity and platform economy.
