Laura Thäter, MSc

Laura Thäter finished her graduate degree in Management and Business Development at Leuphana University Lüneburg in 2020. After working at Hertie School Berlin as a research associate in a project on Open Social Innovation, she joined the chair of socio-technical transitions as research associate and doctoral candidate.
Laura’s research field is organization theory, with a special interest in new forms of organizing. She is particularly intrigued by the question of how to make the platform economy, especially digital labor markets, more sustainable and equal.
