Business processes are an integrative factor of organizing business. However the knowledge on business processes is distributed with regard to roles, data, activites and their temporal and causal relationships. In this work fragmented pieces of knowledge referring to the mentioned categories of knowledge will be investigated and analyzed in how far they fit to existing or envisioned process designs to meet organizational objectives. Once the conformance to reach business goals can be checked accordingly, organisational learning and development processes can be facilitated significantly.
